Bibliography

Christopher Faiver, PhD, LPCC-S, is Professor Emeritus of Counseling at ���ִ��˰�appԼ�� in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was presented the University’s Distinguished Faculty Award. For 20 years, he served as Coordinator of the Counseling Program prior to its becoming a department. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Hiram College.�� His master’s and doctorate were conferred by Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He served on the national board of the Association of Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling Division of the American Counseling Association and was recipient of their Humanitarian Award. He has been the recipient of many other awards, including from the Ohio Counseling Association, and was inducted into the Counselor Educators Hall of Fame by the Ohio Association of Counselor Educators and Supervisors.�� He served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Counselor Education and Supervision. Dr. Faiver has made numerous local, statewide, and national presentations and is the author or co-author of many journal articles, book chapters and two books, Explorations in Counseling and Spirituality and The Counselor Intern’s Handbook published by Cengage.
